How and Why I Got Into Real Estate

The desire to get into real estate first started after reading an amazing book called “Rich Dad, Poor Dad,” by Robert Kiyosaki. Fast forward to 2016, Sheldon took the plunge. He did so because he knew the industry needed great professionals who could come in, consult with distressed homeowners while offering them a way out of their situation.

He saw real estate as a form of art; meaning he could take something that looked dull and breathe new life into it. He had a dream of changing the look and feel of a house and the neighborhood around it. He wanted to do so while making a living in doing something he was passionate about.
